What is silybin?
Milk thistle seeds contain several plant compounds that provide antioxidant support.† Silybin is the most abundant of these and is considered responsible for most of milk thistle’s health benefits. Silybin is a component of silymarin, a flavonoid complex in milk thistle. 

What is Siliphos? Siliphos is a phytosome technology that binds silybin with phosphatidylcholine, improving product stability and greatly increasing absorption. Siliphos is 4.6 times more easily absorbed than regular milk thistle.12
